Birth is a powerful threshold.
I am there to hold space, offer calm guidance and remind you of your strength.

What’s included:

• Free initial meeting (30–45 minutes)
• Two prenatal preparation sessions (approx. 2 hours each)
• On-call availability from 10 days before to 10 days after your due date
• Continuous support during labour and birth
• Optional postpartum reflection meeting

Birth Reflection – A Space for Your Experience

As a doula, I accompany women and families around birth with calm presence, care and respect.

Often the focus lies on pregnancy and preparing for birth. Yet after birth, much continues to unfold – physically, emotionally and inwardly.
Perhaps your birth felt powerful. Perhaps challenging. Perhaps very different from what you had hoped for.

In a birth reflection session, I offer you a protected space to gently revisit and make sense of your experience.
You are invited to share your story at your own pace – without judgment and without pressure. I listen, hold space and support you in finding your own inner peace with what you experienced.

A Birth Reflection Session May Support You In

• understanding and integrating your birth experience

• acknowledging emotions such as sadness, anger or disappointment

• rebuilding trust in yourself and your body

• reconnecting with your inner strength

• deepening the bond with yourself and your baby

In Person or Online – As It Feels Right for You

Birth reflection sessions are available in person in Sweden (Degerfors / Karlskoga area) or online.

You can choose what feels most supportive – in the comfort of your own home or in a calm, protected space with me.

When Is the Right Time?

There is no “right” moment.
You can speak about your birth days, weeks or even months later. Often, with a little distance, we notice that something still lingers and wishes to be seen and held.

If you feel that your birth experience is still present within you, or if you simply long for space to share your story, I am here – with attentive presence and an open heart.

Ongoing Support

Sometimes, during the first session, it becomes clear that additional themes need space – or that you would simply like continued support.

After our meeting, I may offer gentle reflections or practical impulses to support you in daily life. If you wish to continue, we can schedule follow-up sessions at your own pace.

If desired, I also offer a guided meditation to allow your experience to settle gently, strengthen trust and reconnect you with your body.

Whether through conversation, meditation or simply more space to reflect – you decide what feels right for you.
